12/7/2023 0 Comments Bulk enroll sequence hubspotThere is no way to adjust this number currently. These are both way higher than Google will allow and if you send too many emails at once you will be flagged as a spammer and locked out of your Google account (this has happened to reps on my team). HubSpot has default sequence daily send limits (500 for Professional, 1,000 for Enterprise). This is something we were assured multiple times by our HubSpot sales rep was a setting we could control on an admin level–that we could set up a sort of email send throttle. I have to think that there is a better solution out there.Īny advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've asked HubSpot about this, and the suggestion was to print out calendars and then keep track of what days email are due to go out via that method. While there will of course be some drop off in enrollees due to unsubscribes, bounces, replies, etc., it's still entirely possible that at some point both sequences will attempt to send emails on the same day, and very likely exceed any gMail sending limitations. Each sequence is a 15-step sequence with 5 email steps spread out over 21 or so business days. Then Thursday of the same week, I launch another sequence with 300 enrollees. We are using HubSpot, and are subscribed at a level to where we have access to sequence functionality.Ī problem I am running into is trying to manage the volume of outbound emails with multiple sequences running, so as not to run afoul of Google email sending limitations, as well as to prevent HubSpot from starting to have a backlog of yet-to-be-sent emails.įor example, say I start a sequence on Tuesday of a given week with 375 enrollees.
